There’s still time to get your tickets for Labquality Days 2022! The annual international congress focuses on quality in laboratory medicine and medical devices, bringing together experts from around the world.

The inspiring atmosphere of the annual scientific congress gathers medical laboratory and quality management professionals together to exchange ideas and meet colleagues. The programme includes several fascinating keynote and panel discussions.

A highlight from the programme

Is there something wrong in every lab in the world? Why are we concentrating on quality control instead of patients?

These are some of the questions Dr Tony Badrick asked in his speech at Labquality Days 2019. Returning to the event, the CEO of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia Quality Assurance Programs (RCPAQAP) will be discussing the future of quality management in his speech entitled Future Visions of EQA and Quality Control – Integrate IQC and EQA?

An expert in laboratory quality, Badrick has two PhDs, one of which is in Quality Management in Healthcare. He was the Associate Professor at the Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine at Bond University for 4 years before becoming the CEO of the RCPAQAP in 2015.

A former consultant and adviser to the World Health Organisation, Badrick has published over 180 peer-reviewed articles and abstracts mainly on the themes of Quality Control, Quality Management and Clinical Biochemistry.

If you work with internal or external quality control in a laboratory or healthcare setting, this session will provide you with an invaluable insight into what the future of quality management will look like.
