Share your research results at the ePoster exhibition!
The ePoster exhibition arranged during Labquality Days is a great opportunity to showcase projects and research results in laboratory medicine or quality management. At our event, you reach a wide international audience and a group of professionals, to whom you can present the results of your research.
The ePosters will be continuously displayed on screens during both congress days, and visitors can explore them freely throughout the event. The ePosters will also be published in the congress mobile application and on the congress website, ensuring excellent visibility for your work.
All submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the Congress Scientific Committee. The best ePoster will be awarded at the congress. The winner will be invited give a short presentation about their topic as part of the scientific programme, and they will also get free entry to the Labquality Days 2028 congress. The congress participants can also vote for their favourite poster.
For increased visibility for the ePosters and the authors, we have made an agreement with the pan-Nordic and pan-Baltic free emailing list called Diskussionsforum, targeting laboratory specialists. It has been operating since 1995 and presently has about 700 participants. It is managed by Prof. Anders Kallner, Sweden.
The abstracts, including the first author's contact information, will be published as a PDF file, and the ePoster will be published via a link to Labquality Days' website available for 3 months after the congress. Please inform Miia Kämppi if you do not wish to have your abstract and ePoster published on Diskussionsforum by January 14th 2027.

The deadline for abstract submission is 30 November 2026. Please submit your abstract using the registration form.
The Scientific Committee will evaluate the abstracts, and we will inform you about poster acceptance. Each accepted poster needs to have one contact person present at the event.
Please note! If you are the presenter of an ePoster, use the discount code LQDPOSTER in your billing information. The discount is -25% of the registration fee. The discount is only valid for one presenter per ePoster.
