The international lectures of Labquality Days 2021 have been postponed

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the International Congress on Quality in Laboratory Medicine 2021 is postponed to 10-11 February 2022.

In the light of the current COVID-19 pandemic, we have decided to postpone the whole international program. The 2022 congress will highlight the 50th anniversary year of Labquality as a provider of external quality assessment. Hence the theme for the congress is 50 Years of Excellence in EQA. The program will cover topics on the past and future of external quality assessment, regulation and quality systems in laboratory medicine as well as EQA in different disciplines including POCT and preanalytical EQA.

As announced earlier, the opening lecture of the international congress will be a historical overview of quality in laboratory medicine by Dr James O. Westgard. This will be followed by Dr Sverre Sandberg discussing improvements in EQA through international cooperation. Please see the entire scientific program full of distinguished experts in the field of quality assessment.

All congress participants are welcome to present research results at the ePoster exhibition. The submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee of the congress and the two best abstracts will be awarded. Further information on ePosters.
