Registration

Registration for exhibitors opens in September 2023. You can find the registration link here. We will register all event visitors and also the exhibitor representatives must be registered as visitors. Please find the registration link for representatives here.

Labquality Days 2024 Exhibition

Detailed building instructions can be found here. The exhibitor must inform the booth designers and builders on the construction instructions.

Deviations from the instructions are allowed only with the written consent from the organizer or Messukeskus.

Exhibition hours:

Construction hours:
Wednesday 7 February 2024 9:00 am – 8:00 pm
Maintenance on Thursday 8 February 2024 and Friday 9 February 2024 7:00 am – 8:00 am

During construction hours, the service doors in use are V11 (heavy items) and Siipi entrance (light items). Vehicles can use door V11 for quick unloading.

Please inform your booth designers and builders about these instructions.

Dismantling:
Friday 9 February 2024 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 pm. You are allowed to start the dismantling earliest at 3.30 pm.

eMessukeskus Service
Electricity and cleaning are ordered using the venue’s online service eMessukeskus. You can also order other additional exhibition services and products from the service. The eMessukeskus user account is created for your contact person. You will get an email for activating the account when the service is opened at the beginning of December.

Invoicing and Cancellation Terms

Please note that the bookings are binding. A booking can be cancelled without charge if cancelled by 9 January 2024. Cancellations after 9 January 2024 will be charged 100% of the exhibition price. Cancellations have to be delivered in written format by email to:  info@labquality.fi. The participation fee will be charged after the event (beginning of February). 

Labquality reserves the right to cancel/postpone the event (for example due to a small number of participants or a pandemic situation) and will not be liable to exhibitors for any costs, expenses and/or damages incurred due to the cancellation or postponing of the event. Any participation fee already paid will be refunded if Labquality exercises its right of cancellation.

Labquality Ltd may at its sole discretion approve or decline registration to the event.
