How can I register for Labquality Days?
You can register on our website. Once you’ve registered, you will receive a confirmation via email. You will get your delegate pass once you arrive at the congress venue. With the delegate pass, you will be able to attend the lectures and lunch buffet.
You can register for one or two days. If you participate with an ePoster, you’ll get a 25% discount. The early bird fee is available until the 30th of November 2026, so make sure to register on time!
When you register, you’ll be asked whether you want to show your name in the list of participants on the event app, whether you have any dietary restrictions, and whether you want to take part in the congress dinner on Thursday.
You will also receive lecture recordings after the event. The tickets, as well as the lecture recordings, are personal and may not be passed on to third parties.
Can I post about the event on social media before and during the event?
I gave my permission to show my name, organisation and title in the list of participants. Where is this list?
It will be shown on the mobile app in the networking tool, which allows you to communicate with other congress visitors and exhibitors. The participant list will not be sold or passed on to anyone outside of the event.
Can I watch the lectures after the event?
Yes. All available lecture recordings and presentations will be available about a week after the event, and they will be available to you for three months. Please note that we may not have a permission to record all lectures.
The recordings will be available on the Labquality Pro platform. You will receive login details for the platform via email. Login details are personal and may not be passed on to third parties.
I’m having some technical difficulties with watching the recordings. Who can I contact?
Please contact us at info@labquality.com. Please note that we don’t recommend using Internet Explorer with Labquality Pro.
