Evening celebrations
The congress evening celebration has been an important part of the Labquality Days event since 1977. It has offered participants the opportunity for more informal and relaxed socialising with colleagues and new acquaintances after the congress programme.
Over the years, the evening celebration has taken many forms: traditional restaurant dinners, cocktail receptions, and on-site events at the congress venue. Each era has brought its own atmosphere and style of programme.
The menu from the 1977 evening celebration included Vorschmack pancakes, fried turkey with a cream sauce, and pear with caramel sauce.

In 2011, the evening event was held at the Platinum Restaurant of the former Hartwall Arena. The programme was hosted by magician and physician Martti Vannas together with Sami Hintsanen, who brought entertainment and humour to the evening.
Throughout the years, the evening celebrations have featured a wide range of performers, including musicians, dancers and party bands. Performers have included, among others, party bands like Gebardi and Trace Element, as well as Ressu Redford & Jussi Rainio and accapella group Club for Five.
Have you already registered for this year’s evening celebration? To mark the anniversary year, we are hosting a separate celebration at the Koskenranta Event Centre. In addition to a delicious dinner, the evening will feature an energetic live performance by glam rock legend Michael Monroe. This is an event not to be missed!
