Feedback drives the development of the congress
The Labquality Days congress has always been developed and improved on the basis of participant feedback.
In 1997, Labquality’s customer magazine Mood published candid, down-to-earth feedback on the shortcomings of the previous congress:
“The lecture facilities at Marina Congress Center were no longer sufficient, and some of the lectures were located a few minutes’ walk away. Moving between the two venues was, of course, inconvenient, but according to the feedback we received, the value of the clinical physiology and ‘sick building’ lectures compensated for the effort of moving from one place to another.
More than the lectures held at two locations, participants were annoyed by the buffet lunch, which had to be eaten standing up. This arrangement was chosen because the restaurant at Marina would otherwise not have been able to provide lunch for everyone who had paid for their meal in advance. The other option would have been to send some lunch participants outside the venue to eat, but this might have placed diners in an unequal position.”
Feedback was collected electronically for the first time in 2010.
At that time, praise was given to the registration arrangements, the diverse lecture offering, the topical and comprehensive exhibition, and the two-day format of the event. The primary area identified for development was the expansion of the training offering.
This year as well, participants will receive a link to a feedback survey by email after the congress. The feedback helps us make future editions of the congress even better.
