Warning of scams to speakers, participants and exhibitors

If you have received suspicious emails or phone calls regarding the congress, please be careful. The emails may ask about arrival and departure dates to Helsinki and offer a hotel booking form where they ask for credit card details. They can also call you and ask you to pay for "Labquality Days hotel" or offer to sell you a list of delegates attending the congress.

The scam messages may come from the following third parties:

Please, ignore the emails and calls and do not reply nor click on any link given by them. You can also block the domain on your email client.

Our official emails are all from the domain “@labquality.com”. Avoid giving private information to external sources. The only official way to register for the conference is by using our official form, which can be found on this website.

We are doing all we can to avoid this from happening, however, Labquality is not liable for the actions of any third parties. We do not give attendee information to any third parties.
